Overview
The upcoming edition of Dialogue of Contents will take place at a time great uncertainty, economic disruptions and environmental emergencies coupled with ongoing geopolitical crises that have led to a fragmented and changing world, in which the dynamics we have known for several years have now drastically changed.
Over the last three decades, businesses and governments around the world have operated under the assumption that economic and financial globalization would continue apace. However, with the international order coming under strain in recent years, the concept of deglobalization – the delinking of trade and investment – has increasingly gained traction with households, companies, and governments.
This is why we have chosen to entitle the upcoming edition of this forum De-risking the Transition to a New Globalisation and to pay particular focus to the themes listed below:
